• Extensive experience in managing video service disruptions in FTTP (fiber-to-the-premise) networks requiring a strong working knowledge of Passive Optical Network architectures; network management and system engineering for telecom network infrastructures with emphasis on Sonet (synchronous optical network), PSTN (public switched telephone network) Class 1-3 switches, Frame Relay, and IP (internet protocol) based architectures; network management of: Sonet fiber optic OCx (optical carrier equipment), Broadband and Narrowband DXC (digital cross connect), and M13 (Multiplex DS3/DS1) transmission based equipment, and Class 1-3 voice grade switches.
